Christopher Werner, chairman and CEO

Mr. Werner is Past CEO of Ascendant Holdings Ltd., that completed two separate IPO’s on the TSX for Canadian mineral exploration companies. He was also Founder and CEO of River Hills Resources which joint ventured with a Chinese State-Owned company to develop three mining projects in Ecuador.

Mr. Werner Co-Founded and was CEO of Gorgona Gold S.A.C. which is a Peruvian based exploration company with five mining projects comprising 10 concessions covering over 10,000 hectares and also was Co-Founder and CEO of Pangea Resources S.A. which is a Nicaraguan based mining company.

Chris founded C3Bullion in January of 2020 to operate as an alternative mine finance company with a focus of financing early stage producers and late stage exploration companies.

Luciano Duque, Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Duque is a global business executive and entrepreneur, with 20+ years of experience in the US and international business in a wide range of industries. Strong focus on Capital Markets and Fintech. Extensive experience in business startups in North, Central, and South America, led the startup and structuring of a US Broker-Dealer for International Financial Advisors.

He is a former CEO of Fintech company. Issuers advisory. Track record on Investment Banking in LatAm for deal origination, negotiation, structuring, and Placement. Former International

Client Advisor for Morgan Stanley. Experience structuring investment funds. He is well versed and experienced in digital assets, asset tokenization, and secondary trading of securities (ATS).

FINRA licenses: Investment Banking (79), Investment Advisory (66), Securities Broker (7), Commodities broker (3), and Securities Principal (24).

Martin Gallon, COO and Chief Mining Officer

Mr. Gallon is a registered professional mining executive with over 45 years experience in all phases of exploration and mining, both open pit and underground, from grass roots exploration through feasibility studies, mine development & construction, to process plant design and operational mine management. He developed, supervised and authored feasibility and EPCM proposals for major engineering and construction groups and held progressively senior positions including VP Exploration, President, COO and CEO. More recently, Mr. Gallon focused on project evaluation, financing, development, construction and advancing a number of projects from grass roots to production in North, Central and South America where he was responsible for two major exploration discoveries and designed, built and operated three gold mines.

Mr. Gallon evaluates third party exploration and mining projects for acquisition / joint venture by international clients, developed projects for companies with mining interests in North & South America and Africa, advises on project acquisitions, works with funding agencies for project financing, writes NI 43-101 compliant reports for US clients and directs a number of resource companies.

Joy Colleran, Director of Investor relations

Ms. Colleran’s commercial career has been active in public and customer relations. She has 20+ years of experience in hospitality management, operations and business development.

Joy’s specialties include sales, marketing and public relations. She has also completed successful projects covering online sales, online marketing, sales strategy development, analytics and sales management. For 10 years, Joy has been part of several business development projects with a wide focus on shareholder and community relations where she is well versed in building online businesses and launching various commercial enterprises.

Ms. Colleran has attended numerous national sales conventions and is active in her local and non-profit community. Her focus is growing businesses through sales and leadership and will use her skills for C3 Bullion to focus on stakeholder relations as they apply to its global business plans and development.

Julian Rosero, Chief Mining Engineer

Mr. Rosero graduated as an Engineer in Mines in 1973 and with a Post Degree in Mines Geology from the University of Leicester, England 1976. He has served as a field geologist in exploration geochemistry and mapping in the Ecuadorian Geological Survey since November of 1972, was a Mineralogy Teacher in the Faculty of GMYP of the Central University of the Ecuador from 1971 until October of 1985 and Mineral Exploration from November 1985 until 2001, and Director of the Ecuadorian Geological Survey from January to October of 2003 and Vice Minister of Mines from 2004 to 2005.

Julian has worked for Bill Bunting in the Province of Napo; Napo River and tributaries, Overseas Platinum Corporation Canada of the Emeralds province; Cayapas River completing the exploration of titanium magnetíferous sands containing gold and platinum using percussion and vibration drilling methods was carried on in the Cayapas River in The Pacific Ocean. He also worked for Antemin in the Province of Morona Santiago; Bomboiza River engaged in Auriferous gravel exploration and worked for Prominex located in the Province of Zamora, Cordillera del Cóndor engaged in Mining geological exploration of the Pachicutza River basin using geochemistry methods supported with geological mapping. Mr. Rosero was also involved with Granda Mining Company located in Province of Azuay, Molleturo Project and was tasked with the Reinterpretation of the geological model and mineralization and Minaltarsa throughout Ecuador where he defined the mining potential of different projects in the country and later for FOPECA in the Province of El Oro, La Tigrera Project where he was also engaged in the Reinterpretation of the geological model and the mineralization.

Today, Julian continues work for CCGMINING SOUTH AMERICA CIA.LTDA. in Ecuador where he has been working and consulting since 2012 and responsible for research for mining projects for the Geology and Mines Bureau of Shandong of China; Public Relations, Industrial Security and Environmental adviser in the drilling and geotechnical work for MCC.

Dana T. Jurika, Operations

Mr. Jurika has 20+ years’ experience in mining and finance. In the 90s he was part of Robertson Stephens an investment bank then acquired by Bank of Boston. Later he spent several years as a portfolio manager for a Hedge Fund. Mr. Jurika has brought two mineral exploration companies from startup through IPO. Most recently Dana has been the CFO of CMMC, Redstone, and SensorComm. He previously has sat on the board of several public and private corporations and holds the CFA designation.

James R. Simmons, Esq., U.S. Counsel

James received his law degree from George Washington University in 1988. Before joining N&S, Jim practiced with Tillinghast Collins & Graham in its corporate, commercial and real estate departments. Jim serves on the Banks and Trusts Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association and his practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate law, banking and commercial law, mortgage lending, venture capital, private placements and real estate, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights. He is admitted to practice law in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
